I provide affirming therapy for individuals and couples, creating a safe, validating space that honors each person's identity, relationships, and lived experiences

Helping partners find their way back to each other.

Couples Therapy

Relationships take work — and sometimes we need help to find our way back to each other. Based in attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy provides a safe, balanced space where both partners feel heard. We work on communication patterns, unresolved conflict, intimacy, and the everyday friction that can build up over time.

Good for: Improving communication and connection, repairing trust, addressing major life transitions, premarital counseling

You are the expert on your own life.

Client-Centered Therapy

Rooted in the belief that every person has an innate capacity for growth, client-centered therapy offers unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuine presence. I follow your lead — creating space for self-discovery, authenticity, and the kind of insights that only come when you feel truly safe.

Good for: Self-esteem, personal growth, processing emotions, feeling heard and understood.

Make room for life — even the hard parts.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT helps you develop psychological flexibility — the ability to stay present, accept difficult thoughts and feelings without struggle, and commit to actions aligned with your values. It's not about feeling better; it's about living better.

Good for: Anxiety, chronic stress, depression, perfectionism, values clarification.

Healing happens beneath the surface.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a body- and brain-based approach that accesses the deep neural and physiological systems where trauma and emotional pain are stored. By identifying specific eye positions that correspond to internal experiences, we can process what talk therapy alone sometimes can't reach — gently and at your own pace.

Good for: Trauma, enhancing inner resources, PTSD, anxiety, performance blocks, and emotional experiences that feel difficult to put into words.

Fees

Individuals

Sessions for individual teens or adults are 50 minutes long, and are $130. I encourage new clients to come in weekly, but scheduling is flexible based on your needs and availability.

Couples

Couples sessions are often longer to allow enough time and space for both partners. 50-minute sessions are $145, 75-minute sessions are $195.

Sliding Scale

I believe therapy should be accessible. A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available for those who need them. Please ask - I'm happy to discuss options.

Not sure where to start?

That's completely okay. I offer a free 15 minute initial phone consultation so we can talk about what you're going through and whether we're a good fit — no pressure, no commitment.
